The event welcomed more than 60 partners from across the U.S. to Boston, Massachusetts for two days dedicated to collaborative learning and networking. The Conference began with a Welcome Reception on Wednesday night followed by a full day of sessions focused on operational tips and tricks, growth opportunities and new developments within the HappyNest partnership. John MacKrell delivered a welcome address with keynotes on HappyNest’s growth, current initiatives and strategic vision. Matt Zaleskas, a six-year HappyNest partner servicing PG County and this year’s Partner of the Year, followed with a collaborative discussion on delivering outstanding service quality, effective staffing and operational best practices. One of the highlights of the conference was a discussion-based panel featuring Chelsea Kent (Southington, CT), Joe Ebanks (Tampa, FL), Michael Miller (Cleveland, OH), and Dyon Crawford (Houston, TX). This engaging session allowed partners of all experience levels to share practical strategies for scaling pickup and delivery and managing growth challenges along the way.

The Conference culminated in a celebration of excellence. Standout partners were recognized for their exceptional contributions over the past year. Joe Ebanks of Tampa was awarded Rookie of the Year for his outstanding growth and local community engagement. Seth Anton received acknowledgement from the Customer Service Team for exemplary communication in maintaining positive customer experiences. Additionally, Kevin Hoffmann (Long Island) and Andrew Sinetar (Jersey City) were honored for their seamless management of high-volume commercial accounts.
