What is the recommended inventory levels for getting started?

We suggest having 3 full sets of linens for each property. This means that following a turn, there will be 1 full set left for pickup by HappyNest, 1 clean set on the bed, and 1 clean set in the property. To avoid the need to schedule turnover and pickups every day, it is recommended that pickups are scheduled the day after a turnover.

Do you require contracts?

No. Our goal is to win your business with each and every service. Our flexible service and scheduling options are customized to fit the needs of each property, without any long-term commitments. However, contracts can be provided if required.
