Who Wayfair Is

The Operational Challenge 

The partnership began in April of 2024. Wayfair had previously delivered unbuilt furniture to customers’ homes to be assembled there, which often left customers with a time-consuming and physically demanding task. As Wayfair began assembling items in warehouses before delivery, they ran into a new challenge: keeping up with the large number of moving blankets used to protect furniture during transport.

With our nationwide network, we’re able to pick up and deliver laundry directly from Wayfair warehouse locations and provide dependable turnaround times that help keep their deliveries on schedule. We also work closely with each location to coordinate pickup days, special requests, and ongoing communication, so nothing falls through the cracks. Through our software, Wayfair can easily see what’s been picked up, what’s in process, and what’s been delivered back across all their locations.
