HappyNest Appoints Customer Experience Director

Laundry pickup-and-delivery service HappyNest – headquartered in East Greenwich, R.I. – has named Kyle Ricci its new director of customer experience. Most recently, Ricci served as manager of customer success at Upserve, a restaurant customer management platform based in Rhode Island.

“The customer experience in our industry is the most essential piece to being successful, and Kyle will become our point person in assuring we are providing the best customer service in the industry,” said HappyNest co-founder John MacKrell. “Geoff Fudge and I are thrilled to have Kyle join the HappyNest management team heading into our most important year yet.”
During his tenure with Upserve, Ricci was responsible for growing adoption of the platform and products, as well as maintaining customer retention. While managing more than 8,000 accounts, his team helped restaurant owners understand and utilize the key features and analytics of the platform to make their restaurants successful and keep customers coming back.

“Born and raised in the Ocean State, I love that we’re a Rhode Island-based startup,” Ricci said. “I hope I’m able to directly impact the growth of HappyNest and help accelerate the organization to the next level.
