Our platform enables you to manage all of your properties under one account. For full visibility, your admin management portal provides a one-stop-shop for scheduling, preferences and invoice/billing history for each property.
We understand that every property is unique. Our service is built to accommodate special pickup and delivery logistics according to your property's layout, needs, and schedule.
While not required, short term rental owners typically utilize a storage container outside of the property for pickup and drop-off. If this is not feasible, any location outside the property whether it be a front porch, stoop, or right outside the door works best. Those with multiple locations sometimes opt for a centralized pickup and drop-off location. The choice is yours!
We suggest having 3 full sets of linens for each property. This means that following a turn, there will be 1 full set left for pickup by HappyNest, 1 clean set on the bed, and 1 clean set in the property. To avoid the need to schedule turnover and pickups every day, it is recommended that pickups are scheduled the day after a turnover.
No. Our goal is to win your business with each and every service. Our flexible service and scheduling options are customized to fit the needs of each property, without any long-term commitments. However, contracts can be provided if required.
