We offer a software-enabled laundry pickup and next-day delivery service for consumers. We pickup, wash, dry, and fold laundry to our customers’ exact (and personalized) specifications and return it the very next day. HappyNest currently has more than 40 locations in 24 states and D.C. and is expanding rapidly.

About the Job:

HappyNest is looking for dynamic Customer Service Associates to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have one year of customer service experience, excellent oral and written communication skills, the ability to effectively interact and maintain professionalism with HappyNest customers via phone, email and chat.You will have the opportunity to join a talented team that is expanding rapidly. We are a passionate group with the single goal of building a world-class software company, one that provides top-notch service and support for our Partners and our Customers.

What You Will Do:

  • Field inbound customer phone, chat and email inquiries
  • Listen and understand customer needs and concerns
  • Interact and communicate with our Production Partners
