Your cleaned, folded towels and linens are returned the next day. A pickup on Monday means clean linens and towels on Tuesday.
We use professional-grade detergents, high-temperature washes and specialized techniques to remove residues and ensure sanitation standards. Our experts will separate any items that are stained beyond repair and return them to you in a different bundle, ensuring you're consistently providing your clients with a positive, clean experience.
Our suggested starting point is a 3-par inventory level per site meaning you have 3 full sets of towels, robes, sheets, etc. After each session, there will be a dirty set for pickup, clean set for use and an additional clean set in storage.
While not required, some of our health and wellness customers typically utilize a bin or locker for their pickup and drop-off. If this is not feasible, other customers opt to use a storage room, secure outdoor container or front desk as their designated pickup/drop-off location. The choice is yours!
