You don't have to, but tipping $2-5 or 10-15% per pickup is a thoughtful gesture for wash-and-fold or pickup and delivery.

Our drivers work hard to make laundry day easier, carefully picking up, transporting, and delivering your laundry safely back to your door. How Tipping Works
The best part? There's no need to keep cash on hand because you don't need to be home for your pickup.
You can tip your HappyNest driver directly through your account. Simply make sure the "Popup" option is enabled in your Account Settings. After every completed delivery, you'll receive a reminder that allows you to leave a gratuity of up to $25. Your driver receives the tip that very same day.
If you prefer to set it and forget it, you can also enable automatic tipping and choose a predetermined amount that will be applied to every delivery.

At the end of the day, tipping is entirely up to you. Whether you choose to leave a gratuity every time, occasionally, or not at all, your HappyNest driver will continue providing the same dependable service you know and love.
