Your card is charged immediately upon subscribing, then every 30 days from that date. If a payment fails, you have a 30-day courtesy period before the subscription is cancelled.

No. HappyPass subscriptions are non-refundable.

A Milestone Credit is earned every time you reach a 10 pickup milestone. Credits are automatically applied to your invoice.

When you refer a new customer who signs up and activates service, you receive a Referral Credit. The new customer also gets a free bag — it's a win for both of you.

On your HappyPass subscription anniversary, you automatically receive a free bag credit as a thank you for your continued membership.

Yes. Every credit expires 30 days after it is issued. A maximum of 2 bag credits can be applied to any single invoice.

Cancellation does not immediately expire your credits — they follow their standard 30-day expiration from the date issued. Any unused credits will expire when their window closes.
