  2. Sign up for HappyNest on our iOS or Android app, at our website, or call (855) 335-9274.
  3. Select weekly or “by request” laundry service and other preferences, including how you want your laundry to be washed, which detergent, dryer temperature, folded or hangers, and special requests.

Once you have signed up, the next steps are easy.

  • First, collect your laundry in the blue bag we’ll send you as part of your welcome kit.
  • Second, schedule a pick up and then just leave the bag outside your door.
  • Third, find your freshly washed, dried and folded laundry back on your doorstep the very next day.

You also choose how and when you use our efficient laundry service. We don’t ask you to sign up to a contract or ongoing commitment. If you’ve got more laundry one week and less the next, no problem. Just let us know when you want us to collect your laundry directly from your doorstep and we’ll take care of everything else.

If you need a reminder of your pick-up we’ll be happy to send you a message the day before. We’ll send you reminders by email, text or both if you want to be sure – just tell us which you’d prefer.
